After the discovery and removal of a Saxon Bed Grave in the area it was felt that some sort of site marker/ memory was needed. Artist Gary Drostle and MUF architects designed this folly grave for walkers to stumble across. The ‘grave’ includes a female figure surrounded by personal items both Saxon and modern.
