Circular sundial bench commemorating the Battle of Deptford Bridge on 17th June 1497 between Cornish Rebels and the English army of Henry VII. The design is in the form of a Celtic patterned shield in porcelain mosaic, pierced by an arrow in stainless steel which acts as the sundials gnomon.
