Gary Drostle has been painting murals since 1985 and his work has ranged from domestic trompe L'oeil to great historical panoramas. Murals can take many forms and can transform a bare wall into a local, or even world, landmark.

The history of mural painting dates back to mankind's earliest attempts to conceptualise and abstract the world. Human history has been marked through time by these great and beautiful expressions of our lives from Lascaux to the Sistine Chapel, Teipolo and Diego Rivera.
